Abstract
Tulisan ini membahas tentang sejarah penulisan manuskrip Lontaraq Suqkuna Wajo yang disingkat LSW-
merupakan salah satu manuskrip kronik terlengkap di Sulawesi Selatan. Isi LSW memuat aspek dinamika
sosial politik kerajaan Sulawesi Selatan, khususnya di kerajaan Wajo. Fokus kajian yang dilakukan lebih
pada aspek fisik naskah atau kodikologi, selain itu dipaparkan tentang deskripsi dan memetakan versi
LSW yang dikoleksi oleh lembaga maupun pribadi, serta informasi lain yang berlaitan dengan LSW. Hal
ini dianggap penting untuk menelusuri lebih lanjut mengenai aspek kesejarahan penulisan manuskrip
LSW tersebut.
