Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pendampingan santriwati pada
pesantren. Dalam jangka panjang ini akan menghasilkan suatu jaringan pada pesantren dalam
mengembangkan keterampilan tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan jaringan menghasilkan tiga
model: Model 1, Melakukan replikasi, Pesanteran mereplikasi kegiatan jaringan. Model 2,
independensi pesantren, Mereka telah menjalankan jaringan dan telah menghasilkan produk yang ada
pada jaringan, Model 3, selain telah melampaui kegiatan replikasi poroduk-produk jaringan juga telah
manehasilkan produk jaringan sendiri. Pesantren juga telah melakukan alih keterampilan pada
pesantren lain serta pada masyarakat yang ada di sekitar mereka
