Abstract
Tulisan ini merupakan ringkasan dari penelitian tentang fenomena kerukunan antar umat beragama di
Kudus, dengan menjadikan Majlis Taklim Hidayatullah di Perusahaan Nonmuslim sebagai sasaran
penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada pendiri dan pengurus majlis taklim.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Majlis Taklim Hidayatullah sejak tahun 1990 telah
menjadi katalisator bagi terciptanya kerukunan umat beragama di Kudus, terutama di dalam perusahan
PT. Djarum Kudus. Proses pembelajaran keagamaan di majlis lebih diorientasikanpada penguatan nalar
keagamaan para pekerja yang bersifat Islam damai. Kehadiran majlis ini diperusahaan nonmuslim
merupakan bagian dari tanggungjawab sosial dari perusahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spritual para
karyawan perusahaan.
